Reflecting on the subjectivity of truth and value through the objective gaze of a networked Artifical Intelligence – drawing a parallel between the hidden aspects of our personal and global natures – humanity’s shadow reveals a chaotic and fluid state of being.

TIDE is a multi-disciplinary exploration of time as duration – examining the friction or flux between stasis and kinesis. TIDE creates an environment where the effect of time becomes perceptible, and the connection of memory and experience is made tangible through movement.

An immersive video installation room by Ouroboros for Liber Null: Trinity exhibited at Arena in Berlin. Acephalous Monster is performance by Ron Athey with projections, readings, lectures, appropriated text and sound; influenced by collage, cut-up techniques and automatic writing. Largely inspired by the secret society of Acéphale, Andre Masson’s design of a mascot, and parallel making: pre-Occupation 30s Paris with pre-Operation Spanner UK, the work is an attempt to make sense of a current reality where neo-fascism is mutating, creeping, and marching.
“The themes of mythology are not just archaic knowledge — they are living actualities of human beings.” Dionysus vs. The Cruficifed One, from P-Orridge’s Esoterrorist.
Ron Athey is an iconic cultural figure who started in performance in early 1980s LA. Best known for his boundary-pushing body mutilations, Ron Athey has been pursuing the transcendent and sublime through performance for more than three decades. Athey’s work invents new forms of ritual and celebration, conjuring the sacred as an antidote to the empty individualism of contemporary life, and pushing towards the merging of humans and gods.
