Reflecting on the subjectivity of truth and value through the objective gaze of a networked Artifical Intelligence – we observe an expression as impression of human existence. Drawing a parallel between the hidden aspects of our personal and global natures, humanity’s shadow reveals a chaotic and fluid state of being.

This work employs re-appropriation of found materials to create a nostalgic relationship which calls to question the evidence of a location in time, through the use of time-based media.
In the CCTV video, multiple angles are seen simultaneously, producing a chaotic flickering effect. Meanwhile, linear time becomes continuously distorted, ultimately past any possibility of control or reason.
